Great double at a great price

Pros Price, Durability, Comfort, Ease of Use, Stylish
Cons Need two hand to recline, no cup holder
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  Best double on the market for the price.
This is my 4th double stroller (I have 27 month old twins). I own the Graco-Duo Glider (my boys hate the front to back because they both like to see out, I hate the weight and bulk), twin jogger (great for the neighborhood, not great to cart around), and a Side by Side by Valco (imported and broken by the airlines).

I bought the Chicco single strollers for when my husband and I were together and loved them. I even clipped the two together for a while but it was quite wide so I began looking again for another side by side. Once I saw Chicco now made a twin, I knew my decision would be easy. This stroller is a great value. My children have ample room, the hood is adjustable for each side to keep out sun, and the frame is very durable. The stroller handles like a dream. The weight was higher than I wanted (my last side by side from Australia was 14 pounds) but the umbrella fold makes it easy to lift because it is so compact.

This stroller has everything the Maclaren has for almost half the price. The seats have 5 different positions and are actually wider than the other doubles I have seen but still fits through any single door. They don't sit as upright as I would have liked but my boys have had no complaints (I have found that most doubles don't have fully upright seats). Although the seats don't fully recline, my boys have no trouble sleeping. The only downfall with the recline is that it takes two hands. This was the case with my other side by sides so it really hasn't bothered me much. The seats also include extendable leg rests which we never put down. They add depth to the seat and my boys love to ride with their legs crossed. The storage is as good as any side by side I have seen or owned but like other strollers if the seat is fully reclined you cannot access the basket. The handle bars do handle an amazing amount of weight without tipping the stroller over even when my boys get out to play (the bonus of the heavier stroller). There are three handle bars (the newer Maclaren's only have two) which make it easy the hang a diaper bag from them. My husband and I can each push the stroller while walking side by side. The stroller also comes with a rain cover which I have used to protect my children and even the stroller when you need to leave it outside at places like Disney (we live in Orlando and have season passes).

The only cons I have observed is the lack of a cup holder- none of my other side by sides have one either (you can buy attachable ones). I rest my drink in the canopy. The children also don't have trays. This is also not different than the other doubles I have owned. I give snacks in disposable cups now. When my children were younger I put their snacks in the pocket of the disposable bibs.

We could not be happier with our purchase!!!!!
